2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact USPS customer service.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I make an exchange?
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order in a case of the product being damaged or shortened (only exceptions), we are more than happy to accommodate exchange on products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! And only if proven damaged, occurred before the product reached the carrier. In this case the product must be returned unopened (not worn) and intact within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. All Driaro Product must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging which must not be defected in any way or a will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the Driaro hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins.
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail
PROCESSING TIME Explained.
This is the time it takes to receive or make your product. It allows us to test out all products to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our manufacturer and having them send out new product if necessary, to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions, sex toys, clothes etc. cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order before confirmation (sales confirmations are done everyday), there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted before order confirmation.
Exchange is only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Driaro will not be responsible for lost returns.
